Standing with Our Community: Edwards Kirby Donates to the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina

In light of the recent cuts and uncertainty surrounding SNAP benefits, which affect so many families in our state, our team at Edwards Kirby felt compelled to act. We are proud to announce that our firm has made a $5,000.00 donation to the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina.
The Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina does critical, front-line work to combat hunger, and their mission is more important now than ever.
Several members of our team were honored to visit the Food Bank to present the donation and deliver a large collection of food items gathered by our firm. Attorneys Mary Kathryn Kurth, Tiffany Frickey, and Tilson Gitter represented the firm during the visit. This entire effort was driven by the passion and community focus of our partner, David Kirby.
While at the Food Bank, it was truly inspiring to see the facility in full swing, bustling with dedicated volunteers all working together for a common cause.
We are proud to support the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina and encourage anyone who is able to join us in supporting their essential work.
